How to Schedule a Visit?
You can schedule and access your or your child’s virtual urgent care video visit from a mobile phone, tablet, or computer. We recommend using your mobile device and downloading the VivacoHealth mobile app.
What to Expect During a Visit?
If you or your child needs care for a non-emergency condition, our virtual urgent care service offers a video visit with one of NYU Vivaco’s providers at a time that works with your schedule. The visit takes place over a secure line, and your privacy is assured.

What happens if I need a specialist referral?
We've curated our own trusted referral network so that our members have a seamless experience getting specialist care. Your doctor and Care Team will coordinate to find the right specialist for you given your health insurance and that doctor's availability.
How does Forward work with prescriptions?
We offer a common pharmacy on-site with generic medications. Everything from heart medications, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, to medicine for asthma, allergies, flu, antibiotics, z-packs, etc. These items are included in the cost of membership typically for the first-fill.
Dr. Adonis Saremi completed his Master’s Degree (MS) in Applied Physiology and Medical Doctorate (MD) at the Chicago Medical School. He subsequently completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center. When he’s not working, he enjoys time with his family and the outdoors.
Dr. Allison Lovell completed her residency at Yale in 1988 and then obtained her Board Certification in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lovell has worked with many different people from all walks of life and cares for everyone with compassion and concern.
Dr. Carrie Beaumont attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her residency at Wake Forest University. When not seeing patients or teaching, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their miniature dachshund, Ziggy.
Dr. Allan Marks graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1980 and completed residency at Stanford University Medical Center. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
Dr. Tina Wu is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and The University of Michigan Medical School, class of 2000. She completed her internal medicine residency at California Pacific Medical Center, a UCSF hospital. She speaks conversational Mandarin. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, dancing, hiking, and skiing.
Dr. Bowling earned his M.D. in 2008 from the Yale University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the NYU School of Medicine in 2011. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Bowling enjoys running, cycling, snowboarding, and world travel. He can speak English and Mandarin.
Dr. Garcia attended UCSF for her medical degree and graduated in 2011. She went on to do her internship and residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Family Medicine and was awarded the Community Medicine Award upon her graduation. She has volunteered giving medical aid in Honduras and Argentina.
Dr. Rudy received his doctorate from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of California, San Francisco in 1982. While living in the Bay Area in 2004 he became involved in the start-up biotech and healthcare industry, serving as Chief Medical Officer of Akonni Biosystems, Inc.
Dr. Daniel Burnham completed his medical degree in 1994 at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at The Washington Hospital in WA, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Anderson attended Yale College with a B.S. in Biology and received her M.D. from the University of California of San Francisco in 1993. Her residency was completed at the county hospital for Stanford, Santa Clara Valley University, in San Jose, California. Dr. Anderson enjoys dance, classical & jazz music, swimming, and reading everything in sight.
